Leigh Pancoast
I’m Leigh Pancoast, Assistant Principal at Fallen Timbers Middle School in the Anthony Wayne Local School District. I began my career as a long-term substitute at Fallen Timbers and have since served in various roles including special education teacher, classroom teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal. I earned my bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education and my master’s in educational administration from the University of Toledo. As a leader, I believe in building strong relationships, creating a positive school culture, and always making decisions with students’ best interests at heart. I’m passionate about helping students grow—not just academically, but socially and emotionally—and I’m excited to contribute to OMLA’s mission of supporting middle-level learners across Ohio.
