Joe Sanfilippo

Dr. Joe Sanfilippo is a retired superintendent, celebrated author, and dynamic speaker known for his innovative approach to educational leadership. He served more than twenty years in education, including twelve as superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Wisconsin, where his leadership earned the district Innovative District recognition from the International Center for Leadership in Education in both 2016 and 2017. He has also been honored nationally as a Future Ready Superintendent, a Personalized Learning Leader, and was named Education Dive’s National Superintendent of the Year in 2019.

An accomplished author, Dr. Sanfilippo has written several influential books including Hacking Leadership, Lead From Where You Are, and The Power of Branding: Telling Your School’s Story. He also shares his passion for leadership development, community engagement, and school branding through his speaking events, podcast Successful Schools, and the #1minwalk2work Leadership Challenge. His enduring impact continues to inspire educators to lead with purpose and transform learning spaces for students and communities.


Kevin Honeycutt

Dr. Kevin J. Fleming is a scholar, author, TEDx and global keynote speaker, and Founder & CEO of Catapult, where he is redefining professional development for K–16 institutions through dynamic masterclasses. He produced the viral animation Success in the New Economy and authored the bestseller (Re)Defining the Goal. A passionate advocate for career clarity and readiness, he has served as a college Vice President, Dean of Instruction, and consultant supporting workforce development for 19 community colleges within one of the largest economies in the world. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Dr. Fleming has secured more than $96 million to expand educational and economic opportunity, influenced state legislation, and delivered impactful trainings worldwide. A lifelong learner, he holds degrees from Loyola Marymount University, The Ohio State University, the University of Redlands, and Claremont Graduate University, in addition to CTE certification that changed his own career trajectory. An energetic and principled thought leader—who also loves bacon, dad jokes, and the counter-narrative—he continues to champion education that transforms lives.
