2010 OMLA Secretary Nomination Form
The Ohio Middle Level Association seeks nominations for the offices of "Vice-President" and "Secretary". Both positions serve two year terms which will commence at the conclusion of the 2011 annual conference.
Officer Responsibilities
Secretary
* Shall keep the records of all official proceedings of the Association.
* Shall provide minutes of the preceding meeting to all Executive Board members in a timely fashion.
* Shall carry on necessary Association correspondence and other duties as directed by the President and the Executive Board.
* Shall serve as a member of the Advisory Committee.
Criteria for Nomination
* Nominator must be a current member of the Ohio Middle Level Association.
* Nominee must be a current member of the Ohio Middle Level Association.
* Nomination must be sent to the Past President and postmarked by October 15, 2010.
